Ishani brings sharp commercial acumen, a love of transformation, and a deeply human approach to leadership.

Before joining Chobani, she was at General Mills, leading Finance across Europe and Australia—covering six countries, five manufacturing sites in a $1.5 billion business. Over the past decade, she’s held senior roles across Melbourne and Switzerland, spanning Strategy, FP&A, Operations and Governance. No matter the role, her focus has always been the same: helping teams thrive and lifting performance through clarity and purpose.

Now at Chobani, Ishani leads our Finance, Strategy, IT and Integrated Business Planning teams. She’s all about building strong foundations for sustainable growth, simplifying the complex, and creating value that lasts. With her energy, curiosity, and drive for continuous improvement, she’s a natural fit for our challenger mindset.
